François Martig
François' live performances contain very fragile sounds from frield recording and elsewhere. Soft and delicate prods on your eardrum gently wake them from their short slumber. The first two offerings are recorded from performance spaces in Helsinki, Finland while at an artist's residency at the Robinson Hotel. The final track was recorded in Strasbourg, France with musician Philippe Petitgenêt. Enjoy.

"Le départ côtoie les plus hauts sommets et offre, en surplomb de la mer sonore, une succession de sites exceptionnels. Des pauses sont bien sûr ménagées mais le rythme reste assez soutenu. Dénivelés numériques importants et surtout alternance de dénivelés mélodiques « cassants » sur terrain analogique très caillouteux. Les parcours en crêtes sonores peuvent être exposés par mauvais temps ou orages. En perdant de l'altitude, vous découvrirez la végétation musicale typique des paysages magnétiques : pins minimaux, choeur d'arbousiers, boucles de genévriers et agaves répétitives. Randonnée d'environ une heure sur bons sentiers, nécessitant néanmoins une bonne forme physique."
